PU V-Guide Belt – Polyurethane profiles
V-guides belt is made by PU raw material on extrusion line, with abrasion resistance and easy adhesion. V-guides are the most common shapes used (trapezoidal cross section). square and rectangular shapes, semi-circular profiles are also can custom. normal hardness is 85A or 90 shore A, softer hardness is 70A to 75 shore A; there is red, white, green color in available.
V-guides Belt Application
V-guide belt is mainly used for the guide of the running side of the conveyor belt. it’s used to support long and/or narrow conveyor belts running in a straight line when the product is fed from the side. On the Z conveyor, the v guide is guided in the groove of the pressure roller. In other applications, V-guides are also used as lateral restraints to hold the product on the conveyor belt.
