Cleats made of PU polyurethane extruded, with perfect flexibility, wear resistance and oil resistance, and easily to hot welding on PU conveyor belts for purpose carrying goods on inclined conveyors.
PU cleats due to its trapezoidal shape, it is also called T-cleats, it used into conveyor belts as baffle wall. it made by polyurethane extruded. with 10 to 60mm high straight and a very thin thickness 2-4mm, and with flat foot, foot width 12.5-17mm as option. The popular colors in the market are dark green, white and blue. hardness of polyurethane cleats are 65-70A, 85A, 90A as your options.

Polyurethane cleats are widely used for conveyor belt as T-Cleats which are used to help move items through inclines/declines as well as provide consistent spacing between products. It is usually paired with corrugated sidewall and installed together on the conveyor belt. Widely used in food industry conveying systems.
