The salesman sends the production notice to the production manager according to the customer's order. 3.The production manager prepares the ordered materials according to the order placement time and delivery date on the production notice, and schedules production. 4.After the production is completed, the internal quality inspection personnel of the factory shall measure and inspect the product appearance and size. 5.The qualified products will be sent to the area to be shipped for packaging. 6.Inform the salesperson of the completion of production and Take photos and keep them on file. At the same time, notify the customer of delivery.
Orders will be shipped using various delivery services, by air , by sea and express.Most in-stock items or sample orders will be shipped within 3 business days after we receive the payment. For customized or bulk order, our sales will contact you to ship with our logistic partners by air or sea
You are welcome to return or exchange if it is defected within 7 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Once we have checked the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item. Kindly note all shipping fees are non-refundable.If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 3 days of delivery so we may correct this as soon as possible.We may revise the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, the company's determination shall be final.
Import taxes is not charged for small or sample orders in most cases for many countries.Some countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for imports, and these costs are not covered by payments made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country and we can provide the invoices for Custom clear.
