Primary Scraper – Secondary Belt Scraper

- Primary Scrapers is usually to remove larger debris (60%-70% of the material) on the belt at the discharge points. This primary belt scrapers works on the front of the head wheel. and has a quick-release blade for low maintenance and reduces downtime.
- Secondary belt scraper used to scrape away the material left on the belt except the head wheel. it’s located where the belt leaves the head wheel, and any other necessary places under the belt line. The secondary belt scraper is particularly good at removing fine particles. In some cases, the cleaning efficiency can be increased to more than 90%.
