Urethane belt Welding Kit can joining most of polyurethane round belts and vee belts, which is included: 220V/150W electric soldering iron with Teflon coating, black welding clamper, anti-skid cutter etc.

• 220 volt service, Pre-set weld constant temperature @450° – 475° F , temperature may be increased by shortening time.
• clamper is suitable for diameter 6-20mm PU round belt and A.B.C type polyurethane v-belt.
• Cutter can quickly cut polyurethane belt. the two ends of belt is plane and smooth, which can make polyurethane belt welding is more beautiful and firmly.

We have two type of Soldering iron are available, but What is different between Teflon Coating Soldering iron and Teflon Sticking?

• When we use soldering iron to welding belt for many times, The residual materials of the hot-melt belt will adhere to the surface of the electric iron, teflon coating can be effectively prevent belt residues from adhering to the surface of soldering iron and keep surface clean.
• Regular soldering iron is with teflon sticking, the service life is not long, you need to replace sticking when you used it out.

What is different between black welding clamp and silver clamp?

• black welding clamp is coated black color
• silver clamp is metal natural color
