Urethane Molded bearing is used to compression molding techniques to cast directly on precision sealed ball bearings. The advantage of this processing technology is that the surface of urethane covered bearings is smooth, less bubble and very cost-effective. Urethane covered bearings provide quiet, non-marring operation with excellent abrasion resistance and durability. Urethane molded bearings with hub, mounting style is common to have a keyway, some have hole with bolted set onto a shaft to be driven, or put a bearing pressed into the hub.
